Using Polaris at ECN

Polaris is now available for public use on Purdue's Engineering Computer Network (ECN).

In order to run Polaris, the following steps must be taken:

Create a directory "polaris" in your home directory
Create a subdirectory "live" within this directory
Copy "/home/yara/re/paramnt/tools/polaris/switches" to this directory
Add "/home/yara/re/paramnt/tools/polaris/polaris/bin" to your path
Add "/home/yara/re/paramnt/tools/polaris/man" to your manpath

You should now be able to run Polaris, as well as, read the man page.
